Our Building Process

D&B Elite Custom meets with every client, whether at the home site, or at their existing home, to begin the budgeting, planning, and designing process. At every phase of the project – new home, custom home, or home remodel - we collaborate with our clients to make modifications to their plans, choose design elements and fixtures, and discuss the next steps.

Working with our project managers and design staff, our residential clients will meet at our new design center in Sinking Spring, Pa., to visualize which products and fixtures they select for their home project. We will only make modifications to plans in direct consultation with our homeowners to ensure we keep with the style of the home, and we stay on budget.

From initial planning through to the final inspection, D&B Elite Custom’s goal is to satisfying our clients and seeing their vision come to life.
