At D&B Elite Custom, we understand that each homeowner has different wants in regards to their home project. Collaboration is key during every phase of the project, whether it is a new custom home being built from the ground up or a home renovation. We will meet with you at the site of your future new home, at your existing home, or at our Design Center, to begin the budgeting, planning and designing process. This collaborative approach is used throughout the entire process, from initial planning to the final inspection.
Any modifications to the construction plan are only made in direct consultation with our homeowners to ensure that the client’s desired style is kept while also staying within budget. You will have the ability to track the status of your project through our construction management software, giving you access to a schedule, photos and more to ensure peace of mind. Our goal is always to satisfy our clients and see their vision come to life.
