D&B Elite Custom’s safety program takes the team approach to a new level with a safety committee that meets monthly. We conduct onsite meetings at our project sites weekly and work closely with our OSHA-certified managers to ensure that our workers are meeting, and exceeding, federal requirements for workplace safety.
Our staff is not the only group of people required to meet our stringent standards; our trade partners are also involved. All of our trade partners are extremely well vetted by our own OSHA-certified managers to ensure they meet federal standards and to make sure safety is also a part of their workplace culture. We will not use unsafe trade partners on our projects.
