Kellie, a seasoned construction industry professional, joined the Elite team in September 2021, bringing with her an impressive 19 years of invaluable experience. Her journey in this field began in 2002 when she embarked on her career as a Design Coordinator for a local construction company. Over the years, she ventured into various roles, displaying her versatility and commitment to excelling in every aspect of the industry.

To complement her practical expertise, Kellie pursued education in the form of an Associates Degree in Business Management. She also demonstrated her dedication to continuous growth by participating in Continuing Education courses, including Project Management, Estimating, 20/20 Kitchen Design, Builder Partnership Certificate Classes, and other relevant disciplines.

Throughout her professional career, Kellie has assumed several pivotal positions, each contributing to her vast knowledge and skillset. She has excelled as a selections manager, purchasing manager, office and sales manager, showcasing her ability to lead and manage through various construction projects. Presently, she serves as an estimator and assistant project manager on our team at D&B Elite Custom.

One of Kellie’s notable strengths lies in her talent for devising cost-effective solutions to both common and complex construction challenges. Her ability to manage strict budgets ensures that projects are executed with efficiency and financial prudence. She understands the paramount importance of customer satisfaction and client confidence in today’s world.

Kellie is an active participant in the D&B Foundation, an initiative dedicated to uplifting the communities in which she lives and works. Her commitment to the betterment of society exemplifies her philanthropic spirit and deep-rooted values.

Kellie maintains an equally fulfilling personal life too. She cherishes quality time with her husband, four children, and nine grandchildren. A passionate home chef and baker, Kellie delights in preparing delicious meals that bring her loved ones together.
