The Morgan II model home is a larger 4,200 square foot European-traditional style home. The model features a three-car, side-load garage. The exterior has hip roofs with a stone and stucco front with reverse gables, and an arched front porch roof. The first floor features an open foyer with angled stairway that leads to gourmet kitchen with an eat-in island and breakfast nook. The kitchen area also has a large sunroom/morning room. Also on the first floor area a private study, formal dining and living rooms separated by a wide opening with columns on each side. The family room has a vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace w/stone floor-to-ceiling façade. The second floor features a large master suite with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, his & her vanities and a large walk-in closet.
