Safety at all of D&B Elite Custom’s construction sites is our number one priority – every day, year after year. We take our workers’ and clients’ safety seriously. Our clients not only demand quality work done on schedule and within budget, they also require a safe workplace and construction site. Safety is a central tenet of our business.
D&B Elite Custom’s safety program is built upon the idea that we all need to be on the same page for a safety program to work. We take the team approach to a new level with a safety committee that meets monthly. Weekly onsite safety meetings are held at all of our project sites. D&B works closely with our OSHA-certified managers, including our Safety Director, Tom, to make sure all team members are meeting and exceeding federal requirements for workplace safety.
On-going safety training is provided to all of our team members to help everyone meet our stringent standards. Our trade partners are also extremely well vetted by our own OSHA-certified managers to ensure they meet federal standards and to make sure safety is also a part of their workplace culture.
Not only does our safety program save lives, it also makes us more efficient by saving time and money. We work hard to ensure each project is finished without incident, and therefore on time and within budget.
