Project brief
This project transformed a long-time restaurant into a satellite healthcare facility for Penn State Health St. Joseph. A complete demolition took place to get the existing space down to its structure. From there, D&B Construction put up new framing, mechanicals, and finishes throughout. The new building serves as an outpatient facility for physicians of Penn State Health St. Joseph.
